Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Certain items, such as custom-made or sale products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any exceptions before purchasing.
    • Return would be done within 7 days.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    • Products that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
    • Items without original tags, packaging, or receipt.
    • Gift cards, accessories, or any product marked as non-returnable.
  • Return Process:

    • Provide your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product (if applicable).
    • We will issue you a return authorization (RA) and provide further instructions on how to return the item.
  • Replacement

2. Refunds

    • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality control team.
    • If the item is deemed to be in its original condition (unused, unworn, and with original packaging and tags), we will issue a refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
    • Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be credited within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you would like instead. We do not offer direct exchanges; all exchanges must go through a return and new purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
